I've had a fascination with The Minotaur for years now- the tragedy of
the virtually total isolation of his imprisonment in the tunnels of the
labyrinth, the fear that he inspires coupled with an element of
eroticism.
Where does his humanity stop and the beast begin?
In these most recent drawings I have tried to express the vulnerability and pathos of this creature.
